Adult Testing

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) allows persons with disabilities to receive appropriate accommodations so that work and higher education are accessible to them. In order to qualify for these accommodations, the law requires that an evaluation is done by a licensed evaluator within the last three years. The cost of these evaluations are prohibitive for many. SpEdConnecticut has a network of evaluators who are willing to provide adult testing for a range of suspected learning disabilities at a reduced rate for qualifying applicants. SpEdConnecticut screens the applicants and then refers individuals to the appropriate provider.

The first step is to call 860-560-1711 or email the office to see if you qualify for our program.
